Customer Support might ask you to provide a workflow diagram, that will help with the troubleshooting process.
A workflow diagram should include the following:
- All devices in your workflow, including the make and model of those
- Resolution and framerate of the different devices
- How every device is connected, whether it's NDI, SDI, HDMI, USB etc.
- The speed/quality of the cabling, 3G SDI, HDMI 2.0, 1 GbE ethernet etc.
Along with the workflow diagram, please provide a IP table with all IP addresses on your network.
