EUControl software not detecting Avid Artist Mix

If you're having difficulty getting EUControl software to communicate with the Avid Artist Mix in TriCaster, try enabling the compatibility mode.

Exit TriCaster mode to Windows.

I opened the Task Manager and looked at the ‘properties’ of EUControl.exe.

Under the ‘compatibility’ tab, I chose to open in compatibility mode and checked Windows 7.
