Microsoft Security Hotfix for WannaCry Ransomware Attack

Due to the recent (May 2017) ransomware attack that affected multiple Windows users, Microsoft has made the security patch available for Embedded systems, such as the 3Play. More information from Microsoft can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4013389/title

For 3Plays running Windows 7 Embedded (425, 820, 3Play Mini, and 4800), the download can be found here: http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=KB4012212

Please download and install the one labeled "March, 2017 Security Only Quality Update for Windows Embedded Standard 7 for x64-based Systems (KB4012212)". It's a 33.2mb file and will require a system restart once it's complete
