For issues with launching or operating the app, some customers have reported success after clearing the App data storage and cache.
Within the device Settings, navigate to the App Storage and clear the data storage and cache. Relaunch the app and see if that resolves any issues. If you continue to have issues, please contact Newtek Support to start a support ticket. Please be sure to note the exact make and model of your device and the OS version.
