Some customers report receiving an error when attempting to launch the standalone Livetext software on a Windows 10 system. The error may reference an issue with memory as shown below:
To resolve this issue, ensure your display scale is set to 100%. Anything over 100% will cause issues with the software. You may also have to launch LiveText as Admin or in compatibility mode if you are still experiencing issues. Compatibility mode options are shown below as well.
Right click the Livetext application logo to select this option to run the software in compatibility mode.
