USB to Serial adapters

Regarding the use of USB to Serial adapters and which drivers are supported on TriCaster without triggering the screen to restore software.

Following a TriCaster update (the week of 1/27/2014) Engineering has approved Prolific drivers for use with TriCaster.

Many devices use these types of drivers but not all install the same way. The official driver for the approved hardware implementation can be found here:
