When running AirPlay the connection will drop or lag and appears to still be connected. Resulting in the session being restarted to update.
Steps to Fix / Workaround
This may be the result of a conflict between WiFi and the 3G/4G signals from a mobile device (ipad, ipod, iphone...) attempting to connect simultaneously. When Airplay appears to be connected but the video signal is locking up or images are freezing you will need to exit the TriCaster software and restart the session. During this time check your mobile device and make sure the 3G/4G is disabled.
