“Dead Power Supply” alarm is beeping.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
One of the power supplies goes out and the TriCaster still runs. But it will not stop beeping.

SOLUTION AND WORKAROUND
If one of the dual power supplies fails while in a show but the TriCaster still works, you will need to silence the alarm in order to finish your show. There is a small button at the bottom of the power supply where the power cable plugs in that can be pressed to turn off the alarm.
