TriCaster XD series- Not able to switch sources, same video on Output and Program

Look at the “Utility Delegate” row and see which item there has the bar under it.

Then select the row referenced in the “Utility Delegate” and see if the T-bar is at the bottom.

You can then move it back to the top or click-on “Take”.

You will now be able to see what is selected on the “Program” row.
