Problem Description and Steps to Verify/Reproduce
Feed from cameras is not showing up in neither the Preview Window nor Output Windows in the Live Production tab, BUT does output from the front panel to external devices.
Clear Diagnostic Test Steps
- From the Admin panel (Windows Desktop), click on Configure TriCaster and set the unit to 3-Camera mode.
- Launch the TriCaster software and connect 3 cameras to your unit.
- Using the Input Setup tab make sure your sources are properly set.
If you see video on your output to a monitor BUT do not see any video onscreen in either the Preview or Program Windows then follow the steps outlined in “How to update the nVidia Graphics Card Drivers”. Afterward check the system. If you still have trouble getting video to display, onscreen contact Customer Support.
