Issue: Your device is already registered, but when you launch the unit you are prompted to re-register and receive "Serial Number Invalid" error message.

1. Confirm that your Monitor is connected to the Graphics Card on your unit. If your Display is connected to the motherboard, connect it to the Graphics Card, reboot the unit, and re-attempt the registration window.
2. If the issue persists, check to see if a subsequent error populates following the "Serial Number Invalid" error. This may be a result of an underlying issue with your hardware or software
