If your system has more than one GPU, you might need to force NDI Scan Converter to work on a specific GPU. On a laptop/desktop, with both a Nvidia/AMD and Intel GPU, NDI Scan Converter must be set to the Intel GPU to get video.
Right-click on your Windows desktop and Open Nvidia Control Panel (If you cannot locate Nvidia Control Panel in the taskbar this can also be found in the Windows Control Panel)
Select "Manage 3D settings"
Select Program Settings
Under "Select a program to customize", select "Add" then select "Browse"
Find the install location of Scan Converter as shown above for this device. Then select open the .exe file.
In part 2 at "preferred graphics processor" Select the drop-down menu and select "Integrated Graphics" then click Apply to finalize.
