Issue: The streaming presets in your Standard Edition software are missing.
Solution: To retrieve your default streaming presets again, please follow these steps to reinstall them.
1) Navigate to NewTek.com/downloads and download the latest Standard Edition update.
2) Once you have downloaded the installer right click and run as Admin. Then select the 'Download and install' option.
3) Select all components that need an update.
4) Run the download.
5) Once the Download is complete, open the installer and select "update default web streaming presets"
6) Once the install is complete, you will have Presets back within the Streaming Config panel.
