Advanced Edition 3 Upgrade and loss of Local Sources

Issue:

After installing the Advanced Edition 3 software upgrade on a system previously running Standard Edition or Advanced Edition 2 software, you may notice your Local Input source options are limited to just 'Black'. 

Solution:

Install the following Windows Patch on your system. After install, reboot the TriCaster and then launch the session again. You should now have a selection of Local source options again.
