'Recorder #0 H.264 Encoder is not running in Hardware Mode' Error

Issue:  When attempting to record an H.264 file on your TriCaster, you receive this error 'H.264 Encoder is NOT running in Hardware Mode.'

Solution:  Reinstalling the Intel driver on your system should resolve the issue. Install the driver linked below, reboot and then attempt to record again.

In some rare instances, if reinstalling the Intel driver does not resolve the issue, you may need to ensure that Hardware Acceleration is turned on in BIOS for the onboard GPU.  Within the BIOS menu, this setting can generally be found by navigating to the Configuration menu, then Video Option and within there, ensure Hardware Acceleration is enabled.
