NewTek VMC1 hardware now comes equipped with two SFP+ slots instead of 10GbE copper ports. Here's a list of known compatible SFP modules as provided by Intel® for the X520 Series. The last three listed (not Intel® brand) are similar modules that may work but have not been tested:
