Most compatibility issues are resolved by utilizing the TriCaster or VMC1 Export tool to convert the file to the format suggested. Here is an example of the information within the full PDF:
• Adobe Premiere v14.0 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6. Compatibility requires installation of the NewTek NDI File Reader Codec for Adobe found in NDI Tools v4. This product supports growing files.
• Avid Media Composer First v2019.11 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6. For any video formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recording into ProRes 422 format. On OSX, interlaced content would import correctly, but progressive content was distorted.
• DaVinci Resolve v16.1.1 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6. For any video formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recording into ProRes 422 format.
• Final Cut Pro X 10.4.6 running on OSX 10.13.6. For any video formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recordings into ProRes 422 format. Interlaced content would import correctly, but progressive content was distorted.
• Apple iMovie 10.1.11 running on OSX 10.13.6. For any video formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recordings into ProRes 422 format. Interlaced content would import correctly, but progressive content was distorted.
• HitFilm Express v13.1 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6. For any video formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recording into ProRes 422 format.
• Lightworks 14.6 beta running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6. Video displays correctly, but audio is distorted. For any formats not supported, use the TriCaster Export tool to convert recording into ProRes 422 format.
• FFWorks v1.6 with v4.2.1 FFMPEG executable running on OSX 10.13.6.
• HandBrake v1.3 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6.
• VLC Player v3.08 running on Windows 10 64-bit and OSX 10.13.6.
