NewTek products have custom BIOS/UEFI firmware and their settings are not intended to be compatible with Wake On Lan. As an alternative, consider using remote control power strips that allow for the ability to power on or perform a power cycle of a system from a web interface.
Here are some companies that make these products, typically called a ‘Switched PDU’ device.
