NDI video settings for PTZ Optics camera

If a PTZ Optics NDI camera source name is visible within NewTek software but the video input only displays black output, then check the following setting within the camera. 

Solution:

Go to the camera's web interface using the camera's IP address.  The default IP address for PTZ Optics cameras is typically http://192.168.100.88

On the left side menu select Network. On that page make these changes:

1. RTMP(s) Settings > First stream MRL = Off

2. RTMP(s) Settings > First stream MRL = Off

3. RTSP Settings > RTSP Auth = Off

You may need to restart the camera and the NDI application to view the video output.
