MediaDS "Java settings need changing from developer to production mode"

Problem:

The user is seeing "Java settings need changing from developer to production mode" message.

Solution:

At the time of writing, we've added Wowza Streaming Engine 4.7.8 support in the 200218 build. The MediaDS platform is currently not compatible with later iterations of Wowza Streaming Engine, so please do not attempt to pull down the 4.8.5 update.
