Advanced Edition 3 and Windows 7 SHA-2 update Error

Some customers running Advanced Edition 3 on TriCasters with a Windows 7 Operating System have encountered this error:  "Windows 7 needs to install the SHA-2 update support patches before this installation can continue. Download and install KB4474419 and KB4490628 patches to get SHA-2 support."

Solution

First be sure you have the latest Advanced Edition 3 build which is 7-3-200515.  You may also need to update your Nvidia drivers before downloading and installing the KB4474419 and KB4490628 patches. After install, reboot and this should resolve the issue and you will no longer receive the error message.
