Disabling DHCP Service on the TriCaster Mini 4k – NewTek Knowledge Base

This article will help with determining if the DHCP Service is enabled or disabled on your TriCaster Mini 4k.

1) From the main menu of the TriCaster Mini select "Shutdown" then "Administrator Mode"

2) In "Administrator Mode" select "DHCP Service"

3) This will launch a pop-up window showing the DHCP Services status. By default, the DHCP Service is Enabled as shown in the picture below:

4) Once DHCP has been deselected, you can close the "DHCP Service" window and DHCP should now be disabled on your TriCaster Mini.

You should now be able to restart the unit and setup static IPs if needed.
