Running a Continuous Speed Test

In some instances, streaming failures can be caused by intermittent bandwidth bottlenecking. While your ISP may provide you with enough upload speed to support your desired streaming resolution, a misconfigured network may trigger these intermittent interruptions causing the Tricaster software to generate an error.

While a regular speed tests through google or Ookla will give you an idea of your overall bandwidth, a continuous speed test will provide better results.

You can start the following test from your browser (Run test in Browser) for 10 minutes with a 100000kb (100Mb) file:

Install the Windows version for better accuracy; however, please uninstall it once completed.

When the test is complete, please provide us with screenshots of the results.
